Very Rare First Edition Technics SL-1200MK2 Turntable 1983 The Last Original 1200 left. I believe this to be the oldest Technics Turntable left. The bottom is completely different to standard 1200/10 and has a one piece rubber plastic base rather the 2 separate ones on the mass produced model. It has an oil flap at the back of the tonearm to keep the arm lubricated which the later ones do not have. I have a youtube video showing and explaining a little more about this turntable here..

The logo SL1200 was also printed smaller then the latest mass produced models. This is a very rare collectable turntable and they never come up for sale, own a piece of original DJ history here.

Comes with a brand new Original Dust cover (technics lid) stanton 500 AL MK2 cart with styli and Technics headshell. Every thing is in Fully working order and has had new high grade phono cables fitted and internally grounded for ease of use.
