Indeed a couple of these weren't issued on lp in the UK, one sung in German exclusively for a 45 only issued in that country's market. American interest was huge though - so to satisfy the demand this collection was put out in the US, and as an example for the European fans - which is this album pressed in Britain. It is the first of THREE Export lps that copy the US tracklistings, and it seems a little strange that this even saw a 1-box EMI PARLOPHONE issue after the also-very-limited Yellow Parlophone first edition. This UK STEREO EDITION is special and still an essential album if collecting The BEATLES complete British pressings. The VINYL grades EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT.
Top sheen and playing & sounding great. Surely difficult to find a better copy! Labels are in NEAR MINT CONDITION, no stickers or tears. The original print LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER is GOOD and has the Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.
A little storage wear, nice spine, but somehow there is a drastic tear to the lower front and a piece torn out. Probably with some attention - and grafting a piece in from another laminated black cover - this could be repaired. The EMI RECORDS INNER is included. A STUNNING COPY of a tremendous disc.
