Very rare U. S. A. F Iraq / Syria Indestructible Evasion Chart 1st Edition 1990

  

This listing is for a really rare Gulf War item in the form of a U. S Air Force Iraqi War Evasion chart. In the description I said it was indestructible well that probably is not true as it says on the map Destroy when no longer needed although you cannot tear it with reasonable force so it would last in the field.

It also says that this map had limited distribution to agencies within the Executive Branch so close to the President I assume that also means Special Forces in the theatre of war. As you can see by the photos the map comes excellent condition for its age as shown in the many photos. The map is very large approx 150 cm x 105 cm and is a 1st edition dated August 1990 It has navigational charts and how to use them - pictures of plants that I presume you can eat or get water from in a desert and it is double sided to include as much area as possible for a guy to escape. I have never seen one of these before as I would assume as it says Destroy when no longer needed then that's exactly what they did.
