Very Rare The Passing of John Broadbanks by F W Boreham 1st Edition 1936

  

FW Boreham was a Christian pastor and essayist. If you are not familiar with him/his work there is an interesting article about him on Wikipedia. Opposite the title page is a black and white photo of his wife to whom he dedicated the first of these 30 volumes. Hardcover is very good with minor rubbing to corners and top and bottom of spine.

The first fep has a name and date handwritten and an address stamp. The first few pages have some foxing but by the time you get to the Introduction is has all but gone. Pages are generally very good but there is a small tear (less than 1 cm) on the edge of page 15/16. There are a few vertical pen lines, a few pencil markings and a minimal amount of handwriting in ink. On the whole the book is clean and in good condition for its age.
