Issued out to cinemas by 20th Century Fox. The standee reference number is #6969. This item has never been used or opened. The tape is coming away from one side of the packaging, but this is an extremely rare item and highly collectible! If this was to be opened and assembled I think it builds into a massive 9'6" wide x 5'4" tall.

This cinema promotional standee, I believe was made by Drissi Advertising. It was for the 1997 Special Edition of the Star Wars Trilogy: Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi.
