Every console is tested for the following functionalities (where applicable to make/model) and found to be in working order. No dead pixels or screen burn is present, and the screen has no cracks. Where this isn't the case, the battery will be replaced with a non-OEM replacement battery.

Microphone and speaker has been tested, and presents no distortion. Any included controllers have been tested to ensure that each button is responsive to user input.

Each connector and port on the console is tested to ensure the correct functionality of each individual connector, as well as any mechanical movement that is required for the use of them. The console has been inspected to show no signs of liquid contact. The console has been inspected to show no signs of oxidation. A replacement of the console entirely, either with a new or refurbished console, of either the same or better specification.
