Austin J40 Pedal Car Project for restoration. I have been involved with Austin pedal cars for over 30 years and had over 50 examples. That has meant that I've built up a very good knowledge on these excellent little cars.

This is recognisable from the following features: Has the Pathfinder racing car front axle. Much thicker gauge of steel than the later cars. JR' stamped onto the boot floor. Panels made from joined sheet metal offcuts.

This car obviously needs restoration, I have some original and replacement parts that are all included in the sale. The car will need collecting or I could possibly deliver for a cost as I have a van. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll get.
