Has some age marks, but a small matter in regards to this Rare Book and all lettering is clear and readable. Book is Complete with no loose or missing pages & Binding is still in EXCELLENT Condition.

Only Writing is pencil mark of price and since rubbed off. In my opinion in Very good condition considering it's age & at the minimum in good condition. MAGNIFY PHOTOS FOR TITLES AND BLURBS.
