Up for sale is a Very Rare, SIGNED First Edition/Early Printing of Exodus by Leon Uris. SIGNED Copies of this Leon Uris Classic are Scarce and Becoming Increasingly Hard to Find! Please remember this is NOT the First Edition/First Printing of this title! This is an Early Printing of the First Edition.

Hardcover with its original, price-clipped, dust jacket. Published by Doubleday: Garden City, New York, 1958. Boldly SIGNED on the half-title page by the celebrated author! NOT inscribed to anyone, simply SIGNED by the great Leon Uris! A First American Edition/Early Printing.

Once again, please remember this is NOT a First Edition/First Printing. This is an Early Printing of the First Edition, an important distinction to remember. This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition!

The book appears gently read and other than a previous owner signature, has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE. The binding is holding tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf/age wear along with creases/scuffing/wear to the spine/corners/boards, marks/wear to the edge/fore pages and creases/toning/wear to the pages, NOT affecting the text! Please note the wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, and the wear that is present on the pages, particularly noticeable on certain pages. The wear is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.

As mentioned before, there is some internal writing! There is a previous owner signature, written in pen and located on the back of the first/illustrated page. The signature/page has been closely photographed for your consideration.

The original dust jacket is price-clipped, otherwise fully intact. Some general/shelf/age wear along with creases, scuffing, marks and rips. There is also some tape attached to the inside of the dust jacket! Please note the wear on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges. The wear, particularly near/along the edges, is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.

We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear/age when determining the value of this rare book. We purposely and closely photographed what we consider to be the most obvious and egregious wear. Once again, we want to reiterate that the wear to both the book and the dust jacket is very clearly visible!
