VINTAGE STAR WARS DEATH STAR DROID GOLD - FACTORY ERROR RARE. Here we have a very rare Death Star droid in C3P0 Gold paint.

These are very hard to find and very collectible IF you can find one. No black to arms and eyes, not sure if this is how he was made, no real signs of removal.

Limbs loose but as shown in the pictures he holds a pose without a stand. Rubs to gold in various areas consistent with the rubs on the early C3P0 paint. I've done lots of research on this figure and found it to be inconclusive wether a mistake during painting as they look like c3po or a fault with the lacquer tarnishing but if I'm honest the figure colour is consistent with the others I have seen on line (not many). Please if unsure about this figure (variant).
