A very rare, UK exclusive Limited edition variant. It comes with the game in a standard official ps1 case (although this is not the standard version, as the disc is also stamped limited edition) and a cardboard sleeve. The sleeve has some sort of mechanism which I think was supposed to make the sound of a car when you opened the sleeve. The mechanism is encased in the sleeve so you can not access it without damaging the sleeve. The sleeve is in overall very good condition, has a bit of wear on the top and bottom edges but for its age it is quite clean.
